MID SEASON: 900 € per week

High season: lust week juin to first week september, both included.
Gas, electricity, water and tourist taxes are included.
Deposit: new customers 400 €. Regular customers 350 €. The deposit will be returned seven days after departure if everything is in order.
Down payment : 30 %
Final cleaning 120 €. Bed, bath and kitchen clothes 9 € per person, children included.
In case of a reservation you will receive a seasonal rental agreement.
The amount for the deposit, final cleaning and laundry is paid at arrival in cash prior to keys handover.
Non-smoking accommodation. Pets are no allowed.
IMPORTANT: our house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The urbanization "La Lloma del Castañar" has concierge service in the morning.
